The hardest technology problems in a business are rarely contained in one discipline. An AI system is only as good as the data feeding it, the systems it connects to and the security around it. When those decisions are made by separate vendors, nobody owns the result.
We work the other way round. One senior team carries the problem from framing through to operation, so trade-offs are made with the whole picture in view — and the person you talk to is the person doing the work.
